Flow improver increases production in West Africa deep-water asset

A major operator in West Africa had multiple deepwater wells connected by a complex subsea architecture. Some of the wells produce a significant fraction of water, creating emulsions with increased apparent viscosity. As a result, severe slugging and high frictional pressure losses were observed in the wells and connected flowlines.
